Audience Match

Audience Match analyzes whether a creator's followers align with your campaign's target audience, helping you validate if a creator reaches the right people before investing in a partnership.

What is Audience Match?

Toksta examines profiles of people who engage with a creator's content (likes, comments, shares) and checks if they match your campaign's targeting criteria—job titles, seniority levels, industries, and companies. You receive a match score (0-100%) showing audience alignment.

LinkedIn Only

Audience Match is currently available only for LinkedIn creators. YouTube and Twitter/X support is coming soon.

  • Validate audience quality before reaching out to a creator
  • Compare multiple creators to find the best audience fit
  • Verify niche relevance for B2B campaigns targeting specific roles or industries
  • Prioritize outreach by focusing on high match scores

How to Run an Analysis

Step 1: Select Creators

On the Discover Creators page, select one or more LinkedIn creators using the checkboxes.

Step 2: Choose Audience Match

Click the Audience Match button in the toolbar that appears.

Step 3: Select Analysis Depth

Choose your analysis depth:

  • Quick Scan (10 credits) — 10 engager profiles
  • Deep Dive (20 credits) — 20 engager profiles
  • Comprehensive (30 credits) — 30 engager profiles
Credit Cost

Total cost = depth × creators selected. Examples: 1 creator Quick Scan = 10 credits; 3 creators Deep Dive = 60 credits.

Step 4: Confirm

Click Confirm to start. Processing takes 2-5 minutes per creator. You can navigate away—analysis continues in the background.

Understanding Results

Click View Report next to the creator's name to see results.

Match Score

A percentage (0-100%) showing audience alignment:

  • 70%+ (Green) — Excellent match
  • 40-69% (Amber) — Moderate match
  • Below 40% (Red) — Low match

Audience Insights

Detailed breakdown of the creator's audience:

  • Job Functions — Marketing, Sales, Engineering, etc.
  • Seniority Levels — Entry, mid-level, senior, executive
  • Industries — SaaS, Healthcare, Finance, etc.
  • Top Companies — Google, Microsoft, startups, etc.

Top Matching Profiles

Individual engagers who matched your criteria:

  • Name, job title, and company
  • LinkedIn profile link
  • Engagement history (likes, comments, shares)

Usage Limits

Monthly limits by plan:

  • Free — 5 analyses
  • Starter — 20 analyses
  • Pro — 50 analyses
  • Agency — Unlimited
Campaign-Level Tracking

Limits are tracked per campaign. Switching campaigns resets your available analyses for that campaign.

Best Practices

Choose the Right Depth:

  • Quick Scan for initial screening
  • Deep Dive for top 3-5 candidates
  • Comprehensive for final validation before major partnerships

Compare Multiple Creators: Analyze at least 3-5 creators to compare. A 65% match is strong if others score 40-50%.

Focus on Engagers: The analysis examines active engagers, not passive followers, for more accurate insights.

Combine with Enrichment: For high-scoring creators, run Enrichment to get detailed metrics and contact information.

FAQ

Does this work for all platforms?
Currently LinkedIn only. YouTube and Twitter/X support coming soon.

Can I re-run the same creator?
Yes, but you'll be charged again. Each analysis examines the creator's latest engagement data, so re-running after a few weeks provides updated insights as their audience evolves.

What if I get zero matches?
None of the creator's engagers met your targeting criteria. Try adjusting campaign targeting or choose a different creator.

Are credits refunded if analysis fails?
Yes, technical failures trigger automatic refunds. Successful analyses (even 0% match) are not refunded.
