Toksta uses a credit-based pricing system that gives you control over what you use. Subscription plans include monthly credits for creator discovery, enrichment, analysis, and monitoring. PAYG lets you buy non-expiring credits without a monthly platform fee.

How Credits Work
Different activities cost different credits based on the AI processing and data required.
Subscription credits reset each billing cycle. Purchased PAYG/top-up credits do not expire. When you have both buckets, Toksta consumes monthly credits first and purchased credits second.

Video tracking automatically pauses when credits reach zero. Tracking resumes when you add credits or your monthly allowance renews.

Managing Your Credits
Checking Your Balance
View your current balance in the top navigation bar. Click it for a detailed activity history.
When Credits Run Low
- Email alert at 20% remaining
- Video tracking pauses at zero credits
- Add a PAYG top-up, upgrade your plan, or wait for monthly renewal
When you upgrade, you immediately get your new credit allowance, and billing adjusts accordingly.
Automatic Refunds
Toksta refunds credits automatically when operations fail:
- LinkedIn enrichment fails
- YouTube video has no transcript
- Discovery task fails to start
- Video tracking check fails
Refunds appear immediately in your transaction history.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?
Yes. PAYG top-ups start at $10 and add purchased credits at $0.10 per credit.
Do unused credits roll over?
Subscription credits do not roll over. Purchased PAYG/top-up credits do not expire.
Can I downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep access until your current billing period ends, then revert to the Free plan.
