View your current balance in the top navigation bar. Click it for a detailed activity history.

When Credits Run Low

  • Email alert at 20% remaining
  • Video tracking pauses at zero credits
  • Upgrade your plan or wait for monthly renewal
Upgrade anytime

When you upgrade, you immediately get your new credit allowance, and billing adjusts accordingly.

Automatic Refunds

Toksta refunds credits automatically when operations fail:

  • LinkedIn enrichment fails
  • YouTube video has no transcript
  • Discovery task fails to start
  • Video tracking check fails

Refunds appear immediately in your transaction history.

Can I buy extra credits without upgrading?
Not currently. Upgrade to the next tier if you need more credits.

Do unused credits roll over?
No. Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.

Can I downgrade my plan?
