Billing and Subscription Management
Use Toksta billing controls to manage plans, payment methods, and subscription status.
Open billing controls
- Go to Account.
- In the Subscription card, click Manage Billing.
This opens the billing portal for plan and payment operations.
What you can manage
In billing management you can typically:
- Change plans
- Update payment methods
- View invoices
- Cancel or resume subscription actions
Understanding subscription status
You may see statuses like:
- Active: paid access is fully enabled.
- Trialing: paid features are available during trial.
- Canceling: plan remains active until period end.
- Past Due / Canceled: billing action required.
Plan change timing
Some plan changes apply immediately, while others start at the next billing cycle. If a future change is scheduled, the Account page shows the effective date.
If Manage Billing is unavailable
You may not have a linked billing account yet. Move to pricing first and complete a paid plan or PAYG setup.
