Managing Credits and Top-Ups

Toksta uses a credit-based model for operations such as discovery processing, enrichment, and analysis.

Where to check your balance​

Go to Account and review the Credit Usage card.

You can see:

  • Credits remaining
  • Credits used this month
  • Monthly allowance
  • Remaining purchased credits (if applicable)

Credit buckets​

Toksta can use two credit buckets:

  • Monthly plan credits (reset each billing cycle)
  • Purchased credits (non-expiring)

Monthly credits are typically consumed before purchased credits.

When to top up​

Top up when:

  • You are near zero usable credits
  • You are planning large enrichment or match batches
  • You need uninterrupted MCP usage

Plan limits vs credits​

Some features also have plan-based monthly limits (for example, Starter limits for match counts), separate from credit balance.

If an action is blocked, check both:

  1. Remaining credits
  2. Plan-specific monthly limits
