Managing MCP Access

Use this guide to connect Toksta MCP from your account and resolve blocked access states.

Open MCP setup

  1. Go to Account.
  2. Scroll to MCP Setup.

The card shows:

  • MCP eligibility status
  • Hosted endpoint
  • Connector setup steps

Eligibility checks

MCP access requires all of the following:

  1. Eligible plan: PAYG, Starter, Pro, or Agency
  2. Valid billing status for paid subscriptions
  3. Positive usable credit balance

If any requirement fails, MCP status is shown as blocked with an explanation.

Connect in your client

  1. Copy the hosted endpoint from the Account page.
  2. In Claude or ChatGPT connector settings, add a new MCP server.
  3. Paste the endpoint and complete sign-in.
  4. Run a simple tool call (for example, get campaigns) to verify.

Common blocked states

  • Plan not eligible: upgrade to PAYG or a paid plan.
  • Billing inactive: resolve subscription billing state.
  • No usable credits: add credits or wait for renewal.
