Credit Balance and Plan Limits
If an action is blocked, check both credits and plan limits.
Two independent controls
- Usable credits: required for paid operations.
- Plan limits: monthly caps on some features by plan.
You can have credits remaining and still hit a plan-specific limit.
Where to check
- Account > Credit Usage for current balance and allowance
- Pricing for plan entitlements and feature caps
Common blocked scenarios
"Insufficient credits"
- Add purchased credits
- Wait for monthly renewal
- Reduce batch size
"Limit reached" on match features
Starter plans include monthly caps for match operations. Upgrade plan if needed for higher throughput.
MCP blocked despite paid plan
MCP also requires positive usable credits.
Recommended workflow before large runs
- Confirm credits remaining.
- Confirm plan limits for selected operation.
- Estimate batch cost.
- Run a small test batch first.
