Analysis Failed or Stuck

Use this guide for Audience Match, Content Match, enrichment, and monitoring operations that fail or appear stalled.

Quick triage

  1. Refresh the page and verify job status.
  2. Retry with a smaller batch.
  3. Confirm sufficient credits and plan limits.

Common causes

  • Temporary provider/data access issues
  • Unsupported creator-platform combinations
  • Oversized bulk requests
  • Stale browser state

Recovery steps

Step 1: Retry with smaller scope

Try one creator first, then scale gradually.

Step 2: Adjust depth

For fit analyses, use lighter depth first, then rerun deeper only for top candidates.

Step 3: Re-run after short delay

Transient failures often resolve on retry.

Credits and failed jobs

Technical failures are generally not billed the same way as successful runs. If you suspect unexpected usage impact, review credit history and contact support with timestamps.

When to escalate

Escalate if:

  • Multiple retries fail across different creators
  • Jobs remain in processing for unusually long periods
  • The same error pattern persists across sessions

Include campaign name, creator(s), and time window in your report.
