If discovery returns zero creators, use this checklist to improve recall.

Quick checks​

  1. Confirm selected platform is correct.
  2. Confirm your campaign exists and is selected (for AI match workflows).
  3. Check keyword specificity.

How to recover results​

Broaden keywords​

  • Remove ultra-specific terms
  • Add related terms
  • Try fewer keywords first

Relax filters​

  • Expand location constraints
  • Widen follower/subscriber ranges
  • Remove strict audience constraints temporarily

Split by platform​

Run separate searches for LinkedIn and YouTube instead of expecting identical coverage.

Validate campaign inputs​

For AI-assisted matching:

  • Ensure campaign keywords are present
  • Confirm targeting fields are not over-constrained

Escalation pattern​

  1. Start broad and collect candidates.
  2. Narrow with Content Match and Audience Match.
  3. Save shortlisted creators to lists.
